I’ve studied Ashtanga for almost two decades now, which might seem like a long time, but the time has flown by because I’ve enjoyed it so much. I’ve appeared in magazines like Yoga Journal and Rock and Ice.

I’ve worked with some of the most notable yoga instructors out there like Chris Sharma and Jimmy Chin, just to name a few. I do my best to cultivate mindfulness and focus. In my classes, you’ll experience all these things because I do my best to give you a little bit of everything. I should point out that I do travel often and have visited several countries in my life. I hold retreats in several places, so the likelihood that you’ll be able to work with me face to face one day is high.

Yoga conditioning and vinyasa flow are what I love to focus on. I do this because spreading peace is a part of who I am. On top of that, I’ve been in love with fitness for a long time. I’ve been a fitness instructor for a while in Austin, Texas.

My love for yoga started years ago when I was studying in the medical field. My career in this field took a turn when I suffered a hamstring injury. I used to be a runner, which is when I got this injury. My body was in pain, and I was stressed out. I was looking for a solution, which led me to yoga. It worked, and I’ve fallen in love with this practice. I know its power and know how to help you unlock it through my classes. I may be fitness-crazy, but I’m pretty relaxed. You’ll find my classes to be meditative and light, just in case you were wondering.
